Lady Whitefaces Sweep Vega in Dominant 3–0 Victory

The Hereford Lady Whitefaces delivered a strong all-around performance against Vega, earning a convincing 3–0 sweep. Hereford controlled the match from beginning to end, winning the three sets 25–15, 25–17, and 25–12.

Player of the Week Teagan Thomas led the offense with eight kills while also contributing two aces and seven digs. Thomas continues to have an impressive season and currently leads the Lady Whitefaces with 156 kills.

Lilly Madrigal helped keep the offense moving with 12 assists while adding two kills, 11 digs, and one ace. Layla Mendoza made her presence felt at the net with six kills and four blocks. Mendoza currently leads the team with 26 total blocks this season.

Defensively, Kyndall Valdez turned in another outstanding performance with 18 digs. Valdez has been a major part of Hereford’s defense throughout the season and leads the team with 277 digs.

Illiana Madrigal remains the Lady Whitefaces’ season leader in assists with 221.
